Additions

Home additions don't just mean adding on; examples like unused attic space can be transformed into added living spaceWhen you think of additions, you probably think mostly (or only) about adding out, which brings visions of excavation, pouring the foundation, framing, finishing, and roofing. Although we do plenty such additions, doing an addition can also mean converting an unused space (like a garage) or adding up—in other words, adding a second level or altering the roof line to create more usable space on your second level. Additions are a great way to gain the extra space you need without the cost or inconvenience of moving. If or when you do decide to move, the larger space will naturally increase the value of your home or business. The additional win is that it's easier to sell too. Easier to sell at a higher price, that's a nice benefit, but getting to enjoy it more while you're there really sweetens the deal. The question now is not about the benefits of adding on, but who you should choose for your project. For this, you need to interview contractors and we would appreciate being among those you interview. We encourage you to trust your instincts and don't allow anyone to pressure you. In the cases where you hear about bad experiences with contractors, they are usually accompanied by some type of apprehension that was ignored. We won't pretend we're the only qualified company to do your addition, but it's good you're reading this so you are much less likely to be taken in by someone who should not be doing your addition. Once we are given the opportunity to discuss your project, we'll provide the information you need to make an informed decision. If you choose us, great. We'll make it our goal to wow you into recommending us to others. Use the simple form on this page or call us to schedule an interview.
